they are a trio of silly bastards from N.Y. (my town!)
-the lead vocal empress (Liz Enthusiasm) likes to write the songs,
usually in a different language.
-the keyboard lord (The Other Sean T. Drinkwater) likes old records and other things pertaining to them, and of coarse, keyboards.
-The Duke of Candied Apples plays the most interesting instrument, the QY70,
some of you may have heard of it, it's an electronical tuning device that he mastered and now uses it on it's own.
check them out, they're cool.

QY70's for all!

Freezepop is wonderful. Certainly, they do what they do better than similar bands like hellogoodbye. I've described both Freezepop and Oppenheimer as "a better hellogoodbye" to my friends.

(I'm not trying to suck up to either band - I really love Oppenheimer's songs)

we've kind of become buddies with Freezepop,
we've played shows with Sean's other band Lifestyle.
saw them recently in Waltham - i love the new album.
There are initial rumours of us wanting to play some shows together next year, it would be great!
